1. Site Visit & Safety Check
– Inspection of Window AC installation
– Power supply isolation before work
– Safety measures to protect wall, window, and surroundings
2. Electrical & Drain Disconnection
– Safe disconnection of power cable
– Removal of drain pipe
– Checking for any water leakage during removal
3. AC Unit Removal
– Careful removal of Window AC from window or wall
– Proper handling to avoid damage to AC or property
– Support during removal to prevent unit falling
4. Frame & Opening Handling
– Removal of loose sealing material (if any)
– Window or wall opening left as-is after AC removal
– Handing over AC unit to customer
Terms & Conditions – Window AC Un-Installation
– Gas recovery is not applicable for Window AC
– Masonry work, window repair, plaster, or painting not included
– Extra charges applicable for height work or difficult access
– Transportation and re-installation charges not included
– Service warranty does not apply to un-installation work

– Visual inspection of indoor and outdoor units
– Check air filter condition and airflow blockage
– Inspection of evaporator and condenser coil cleanliness
– Check refrigerant (gas) pressure using gauges
– Test compressor functioning
– Check fan motor operation (indoor & outdoor)
– Inspection of thermostat / remote settings
– Check PCB error indications
Electrical checks

– Check for gas leakage symptoms
– Check drainage and moisture icing issues
