Scope of service
Our technician will carry out a complete inspection to identify the exact cause of low cooling or no cooling in the air conditioner.
1. Site Inspection
– Inspection of installation location for indoor and outdoor units
– Verification of power supply and space availability
– Assessment of piping route and drain slope
2. Indoor Unit Installation
– Wall marking and leveling
– Fixing of indoor mounting plate
– Secure installation of indoor unit
– Proper alignment for effective airflow and drainage
3. Outdoor Unit Installation
– Placement on wall stand / floor stand (customer-provided)
– Proper leveling and vibration control
– Adequate ventilation clearance as per manufacturer guidelines
4. Copper Piping & Insulation
– Connection of copper piping between indoor and outdoor units
– Use of standard copper pipes (existing or within standard length)
– Proper flaring and tightening of joints
5. Drain Pipe Connection
– Drain pipe connection with proper slope
– Checking for water leakage and smooth drainage
– Securing drain line to prevent blockage or backflow
6. Electrical Work
– Interconnection wiring between indoor & outdoor units
– Connection to nearby power point / MCB (if available)
– Tightening of terminals and safety check
7. Vacuuming & Leak Testing
– Pressure and leak testing at joints and valves
– Ensuring system readiness before gas release
8. Gas Release / Top-up (If Required)
– Release of factory-charged gas
– Minor gas top-up if required due to piping length (extra charge if applicable)
9. Test Run & Performance Check
– Trial run of AC after installation
– Checking cooling performance, airflow, and noise
– Monitoring current, voltage, and pressure readings
10. Final Handover
– Demonstration of AC operation to customer
– Basic usage and maintenance guidance
– Work completion confirmation

– Welding / brazing work
