Scope of service
Our technician will carry out a complete inspection to identify the exact cause of low cooling or no cooling in the air conditioner.
1. Site Visit & Safety Check
– Inspection of existing Split AC installation
– Power supply isolation and safety precautions
– Assessment for gas recovery requirement
2. Indoor Unit Un-Installation
– Safe removal of indoor unit from mounting plate
– Disconnection of drain pipe and wiring
– Protection of wall and surrounding area during removal
3. Outdoor Unit Un-Installation
– Pump-down process to recover refrigerant gas (if AC is working)
– Safe disconnection of copper piping and power cable
– Removal of outdoor unit from brackets/floor
4. Copper Pipe & Wiring Removal
– Removal of interconnecting copper pipes
– Removal of communication and power cables
– Capping of copper pipe ends to avoid contamination
– Handing over AC unit and accessories to customer

– Gas recovery
– Masonry work, wall repair, plaster, or paint not included
– Extra charges applicable for height work or difficult access
– Transportation and re-installation charges not included
