Scope of service

1. Site Visit & Initial Assessment

* Inspect power source and AC power connection
* Verify voltage at socket and safety isolation
* Preliminary diagnosis of AC not turning ON or intermittent power

2. External Electrical Inspection

* Check wall socket and plug condition
* Inspect loose connections in wiring
* Inspect MCB / fuse / switch condition
* Verify earthing (if applicable)

3. Internal AC Electrical Inspection

* Inspect indoor unit wiring and terminal block
* Check power input section of AC PCB (visual inspection only)
Note: PCB repair, magnet contactor, capacitor, relays, or other major electrical components not included Charge Separately

4. Fault Rectification (Basic)

* Tighten loose wires and connections
* Reset or replace blown fuse / tripped MCB (customer-supplied or charged extra)
* Minor wiring correction (non-invasive, safe repair)

5. Testing & Commissioning

* Turn ON AC and verify power stability
* Functional check of AC operation
* Observe for abnormal heating, sparks, or power fluctuation

Exclusions / Terms & Conditions

* PCB, magnet contactor, capacitor, relays, or any major internal electrical repair not included
* Stabilizer, socket, or MCB replacement charged extra
* Gas-related issues or mechanical faults not covered
* Hidden or concealed wiring faults not included
* Warranty applies only to work performed, not to partsOur technician will carry out a complete inspection to identify the exact cause of low cooling or no cooling in the air conditioner.

– Visual inspection of indoor and outdoor units
– Check air filter condition and airflow blockage
– Inspection of evaporator and condenser coil cleanliness
– Check refrigerant (gas) pressure using gauges
– Test compressor functioning
– Check fan motor operation (indoor & outdoor)
– Inspection of thermostat / remote settings
– Check PCB error indications

Electrical checks

– Power supply
– Capacitor condition
– Wiring connections
– Check for gas leakage symptoms
– Check drainage and moisture icing issues

– Gas charging
– Gas leakage repair
– PCB repair or replacement
– Compressor replacement
– Spare parts cost
– Electrical accessories (contactor, relay, stabilizer, etc
