2. Drain System Cleaning
– Cleaning of drain pipe using air / water flushing
– Removal of dirt, algae, sludge, or blockage
– Ensuring free and smooth water flow
3. Indoor Unit Cleaning (Basic)
– Cleaning of drain tray
– Cleaning of indoor filters
– Removal of minor dust or sludge causing overflow
4. Alignment & Fixing
– Correction of indoor unit leveling
– Adjustment of drain pipe slope
– Securing loose drain connections
5. Leak Prevention Measures
– Sealing of minor gaps at drain joint (if required)
– Insulation correction near drain outlet
– Check for condensation-related dripping
6. Testing & Final Check
– Test run of AC after fixing
– Observation of water flow and leakage
– Confirmation of normal operation
7. Not Included in Scope
– Deep chemical cleaning / jet wash
– Replacement of drain pipe, drain tray, or indoor parts
– Major indoor unit dismantling
– Gas charging or refrigeration work
– PCB, motor, or electrical repair
– Civil work, wall cutting, or concealed piping

Water leakage caused by gas shortage, coil icing, or major indoor damage is not covered under this service.
Additional charges apply if part replacement or deep cleaning is required.Our technician will carry out a complete inspection to identify the exact cause of low cooling or no cooling in the air conditioner.
