– Physical inspection of indoor and outdoor AC units
– Identification of noise source (fan motor, blower, vibration, loose parts, mounting)
– Identification of odor source (fungus, drain blockage, dirty filters, burnt smell)
- Noise Reduction Work
– Tightening of loose screws, panels, and mounting brackets
– Alignment and balancing of blower/fan (basic adjustment only)
– Checking and correction of vibration issues
– Basic lubrication of accessible moving parts (if required)
– Airflow path inspection for noise-causing obstructions

– Cleaning of air filters
– Cleaning of evaporator coil surface (basic / accessible area)
– Cleaning of drain tray and drain line flushing

– Important Notes
– Service is applicable for normal operating noise and common odors only
– Complete silence cannot be guaranteed due to unit age or design
– Burnt smell due to electrical failure is excluded
– Additional repairs will be quoted separately after inspection
– Short Scope Version (for Rate Card)
– Inspection, basic tightening, vibration correction, filter & drain cleaning, deodorizing, and functional testing. Major repairs and parts not included.Our technician will carry out a complete inspection to identify the exact cause of low cooling or no cooling in the air conditioner.
