Warranty Policy
M Tech Aircon Services provides a 30-day warranty on all completed service work. This warranty covers any issues that directly arise from the service performed by our technicians. If the customer experiences the same problem again within 30 days, our team will re-visit and resolve the issue free of cost.
Warranty Includes:
- Rechecking of the same complaint within 30 days
- Free visit & labour charge for the same issue
- Correction of any service-related faults
Warranty Does Not Include:
- New issues not related to the original service
- Part failure due to age, manufacturing defect, short circuit, physical damage, or misuse
- Gas leakage due to coil rusting, body corrosion, or external damage
- Electrical fluctuations or improper power supply damage
- Indoor/Outdoor unit shifting or re-installation
Important Notes:
- Warranty is valid only for the same complaint reported earlier.
- Customer must show the invoice or service receipt for warranty claims.
